In addition to our International KFC Training Curriculum, KFC Queensland provides Nationally Recognised Training through our Registered Training Organistion (RTO), First Impressions Resources Pty Ltd.  During the 10 year partnership with First Impressions Resources Pty Ltd, the Company has achieved a 90% completion rate with over 3000 Team Members/Management receiving qualifications.

KFC Queensland offers the following nationally recognised courses for Team Members, Shift Supervisors and Management:

  • Certificate 2 in Retail**
  • Certificate 3 in Retail
  • Combined Certificate 2 & 3 in Retail
  • Certificate 4 in Retail Management
  • Diploma of Management
