Q:        Where can I purchase and use KFC Gift Cards?

A:         KFC Gift Cards can be purchased and used in any KFC restaurant throughout Queensland.

Q:        Do I have to use up the value of my gift card in one transaction?

A:         No, you can use the card multiple times up until the value is depleted, or the card expires (at which point any value remaining on the card will be lost).

Q:        How much value can I load a KFC Gift Card with?

A:         You can purchase a KFC Gift Card for yourself or as a gift for any amount between $10 and $500. You can load a card with value using Cash, Eftpos or Credit Card. Cheques will not be accepted.

Q:        Are there any Administration Fees?

A:         We do not charge any fees to activate or use your KFC Gift Card.

Q:        How do I check the balance on my KFC Gift Card?

A:         Your balance will be displayed on your docket each time you make a purchase using your card at KFC. You can also visit the KFC Queensland Website (www.kfcqld.com.au) and click on the Gift Card page or call 1800 807 076. 

Q:        What happens if my KFC Gift Card is lost or stolen?

A:         Please treat your Gift Card like cash.  Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Q:        Can I reuse my KFC Gift Card?

A:         Yes, KFC Gift Cards are reusable. At any time, you can reload your KFC Gift Card with additional cash value. This will be a separate voucher loaded to your card. The total of all vouchers on your card cannot exceed $500 and each separate reload has an expiry of 12 months after it is activated.

Q:        How do I reload my KFC Gift Card?

A:         To reload your KFC Gift Card, simply visit any KFC restaurant in Queensland and ask a staff member to process your request.

Q:        Can I order multiple KFC Gift Cards for employees, clients or customers?

A:         You may order multiple cards by phoning 1800 807 076 between 8.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.   Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  Payment is due at the time of order and must be cleared before the Gift Cards are distributed.
