KFC Queensland recognises it has the potential to play a
role in community development and is committed to further enhancing the
communities in which we operate.
Our workplace giving program was launched to all
employees in 2008 and provides employees with the opportunity to make a
difference to our community by donating to charities through pre-tax payroll
contributions.
KFC Queensland matches staff donations (up to an annual
CAP of $100K), effectively doubling the amount received by our partner
charities.
From the results of an employee survey, we
identified the community causes that were of most interest to our employees and
selected the following five organisations to support:

KFC Queensland also supports
other sporting and charity groups throughout the year. These include; Child
Protection Week and The Hear & Say Centre’s Butterfly Week. Sporting
sponsorships include Queensland Cricket and the KFC Queensland Breakers Water
Polo Team.
